Accommodation options for the 2010 FISA World Rowing Championships

The World Rowing Championships are being held on Lake Karapiro, located approximately 49.5km (34 minutes) from Hamilton and 5.8km (17 minutes) from Cambridge.

Rates for accredited team personnel include:

• Accommodation according to request standard
• Meals - breakfast and dinner in hotel
• Late breakfast and lunch at the regatta venue
• Local Transport - hotel or regatta venue

Cost for special requirements, by teams , that vary from the standard arrangements described above can be considered upon request.

*  Please note that the star rating refers to the hotel rates. The lesser the stars rating, the cheaper the rates of the accommodation will be.  Refer to the 2010 FISA World Rowing Championships first bulletin for the hotel rates 

Booking Conditions:

• All reservations must be made by the 23 April 2010
• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation
• Payment of the outstanding balance is due prior to the 12 July 2010

Cancellation Conditions:

• All cancellations must be in writing
• Notification prior to the 12 July 2010 - 90% refund of all money paid
• Notification prior to the 31 July 2010 - 50% refund of all money paid
• Notification after 31 July 2010 - no refund
