The cottage has kitchen facilities but breakfast is included in price. Evening meal can be arranged on request. Lounge, kitchen and dinning area open onto deck. Free wireless broadband available and television. Roll a way bed is available for third person.

The unit is seperate from the house and is set in a tranquil garden setting on 65 acres, 6km from Matamata and close to Hobbiton. In the spring we rear 500 - 900 calves.
